"I used to buy these all the time (and owned a spa that sold Jane Iredale ) and then the hard container made it difficult to get all the product out and the gloss has much less colour . . . all making me feel I'm getting less bang for my buck AND a price increase. I found my self rarely recommending to clients as a result. PLEASE GO TO A Better CONTAINER THAT allows us to get all of our gloss out AND go back to the density of pigment. Things like this make me feel products are being "watered down" and it begins to erode trust for the brand."
"I am not fond of this new lip gloss, as it is so much stickier than the previous product and colors are lighter eventhough they have the same name. The hard plastic container is not cost effective for the user. There is so much product wasted. I have to get my husband to pull it apart, trying to use a long brush to get to the bottom, however the lip gloss begins to dry out without a proper cap. I have been using this lip gloss since 2007, the squeezable gloss containers that you could squeeze like a toothpaste roll was the best. There also used to be a lip gloss palette offered, that wasted less product."

"I have bought several colours of HydroPure™ Hyaluronic Lip Gloss and am disappointed with the quality of Pink Glacé. It is described as sheer cool pink with shimmer when in fact it is quite matte, very light/pale with very little shimmer and the texture makes a coloured line around my lips--as it absorbs it leaves a pinky-white residue as if my lips were chapped or sticky. I should mention that the tourmaline Lip Gloss in my order was as expected. Please note, the hard plastic containers still leave too much gloss that is inaccessible without sawing off the top. The old formulation in the squeezable tubes still was the best."
