"I really like the eyebrow pencil however I didn't have an option to buy ASH, the only option was blond ash. now I have to use another pencil to get the correct color. also the lip liner I bought a while ago is so far inferior to the ones I have purchased before at our local spas. See the photo of the lip liner that I only have to swipe over my lip just once - the ones I just got I have to go over my lips at least 10 times to get a line. Very disappointing as i have been using jane iredale for over 10 years +."
